We have owned this condo for 14 years. It has been a great place for our get-a-way visits and we have had really good success with rentals. Now, we have moved on to Surfside Beach, so, we now we are ready to sell our Hilton Head Island condo.
Our one bedroom condo is located at the oceanfront Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. The condo has one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area and two stacked bunks in the hallway. The room can sleep six. The HVAC and water heater have both been replaced in the past year. The condo has a kitchenette and is fully furnished. The balcony has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our asking price is $117,900. It's a GREAT DEAL!

The resort is located about mid-island and is convenient to all of the great shopping, dining and recreational opportunities on Hilton Head Island. Hilton Head Island is well known for great golf, tennis and boating.

Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort has great amenities. The resort management does a very nice job of maintaining the grounds, buildings and amenities. Resort amenities include: Largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, kiddie pool, 10 lighted tennis courts and pro shop, playground area, fishing lake (catch and release), direct entry to wide Atlantic Ocean beach, on-site seasonal bike rentals, 24 hour security and much more. It's a great reasonably price resort on Hilton Head Island.
